About this place
The NEWBORN monument was unveiled on 17 February 2008, Kosovo’s Independence Day. The large typographic installation turns the word “NEWBORN” into public space for visitors. Each year it is repainted with new artistic themes, making it one of Prishtina’s most photographed spots, near the Palace of Youth and Sports.
