1. Data controller
Roni Solutions SHPK ("we", "BNB Kosova") operates bnbkosova.com. Contact: info@bnbkosova.com, +383 45 900 393, Prishtinë, Kosovo.
2. Data we process
- Account: name, email, phone, password (hashed), role
- Bookings: dates, guests, price, payment status
- Property/business listings: descriptions, photos, location
- Identity verification (property owners): via Didit — ID images processed by Didit
- Payments: card processing via Quipu/ProCredit; we do not store full card numbers
- Bank details (owners): IBAN encrypted at rest
- Technical: IP, browser, cookies, logs
4. Sub-processors
Supabase (hosting/DB), Fly.io, Cloudflare, Quipu/ProCredit (payments), Didit (KYC), Meta (WhatsApp), Mapbox (maps), Google (Analytics, if consented), Hostinger (email).
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Email info@bnbkosova.com — we respond within 30 days.
6. Bookings & payments
Prices are shown before payment. Instant bookings are confirmed after successful card payment. Approval bookings require owner approval; guest has 1 hour to pay. Owner payouts are processed manually by BNB Kosova after check-in, minus 12% platform commission.
7. Refunds
Failed card payment: no charge is made; you may retry payment from the platform.
Approval bookings: after owner approval, the guest has 1 hour to pay; otherwise the request is cancelled automatically.
Paid confirmed bookings: guests may request a full refund online until 10 days before check-in via "Request refund" on My reservations. Finance processes the refund within 48 business hours; card crediting depends on your bank (typically 3–14 business days).
Business subscription (€49.99/year): refundable only on the first day after payment if requested due to a technical/platform error — contact info@bnbkosova.com.
8. Liability disclaimer
BNB Kosova is an intermediary platform. Property condition, safety, and host/guest conduct are the responsibility of the parties. See Albanian version for full terms.
